Elaine
Farrell CAE, Director
Elaine Farrell, CAE is a Director of
Farrell Associates LLC with a
specialty in association
management. Elaine has over 20
years experience in all phases of
non-profit association management
including finance, communications,
government affairs, meeting
planning, member services, marketing
of programs, etc.
Elaine has been the Executive
Director of both small and large
associations with budgets ranging
from $300,000 to $1M. She has
managed trade associations and
individual membership societies in
the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
since 1980.
In 1990, Elaine earned the Certified
Association Executive (CAE)
designation from the American
Society of Association Executives.
She has taken numerous courses and
seminars to keep current on industry
trends and improve the quality of
programs sponsored by the
associations she has managed.
Elaine's leadership in many of the
associations has been very
progressive. She assisted in the
organization of a newly formed
association and grew the membership
from 5 to over 450 members, worked
with contract lobbyists to further
promote the interests of the
industry, and developed programs and
publications to communicate to the
members.. She has reorganized and
revamped associations that were
ineffective and inefficient in their
programs and member services.
Elaine has a BS degree from the
University of Rhode Island and
operates Farrell Associates LLC with
her husband, Joe, who services the
telecommunications marketplace.
